  • How much money do I need to purchase a building Rent-To-Own?

    Delivery payment only is required up front, including any necessary fees for a pilot car. Any additional down payment will lower your monthly rental and accelerate ownership.

  • Is there a penalty if I pay my remaining balance early?

    At any time after the first monthly rental payment, you have the option to pay the remaining balance early with no penalty.

  • How much interest is Rent-To-Own?

    This is not an interest-based program. There is a monthly rental fee charged until the building is paid in full. A portion of each payment goes to the purchase price of the shed, the rental fee, and sales tax. The portion amount depends on the length of your rental contract.

  • Can I pay more than my minimum rental payment?

    Yes! If you decide to pay extra on your payment, the excess will go to a credit account to be used towards the final payout and will reduce the total amount paid for your building.

  • When is my payment due?

    All payments are due on the 10th of each month. You will receive a welcome call from the Rent-To-Own team following the delivery of your building!

  • Can I get a custom building on Rent-To-Own?

    It depends on how custom your building is. It may require an additional down payment or may not be eligible for RTO. We will evaluate each custom project and make an educated decision.

  • Do you check my credit score?

    No, there is no credit check and your purchase will not show on your credit score.
